There's one good one in the city (Sam's Backpacker 2 listed in the Lonely Planet) and a horrible imitation on the grounds of the Chengdu College of Traditional Medicine (Sam's Backpacker Guesthouse listed in the Lonely Planet). At the horrible one, travelers report poor service, lack of facilities and dishonest staff.
